Registration fees

Please note:

*Members of the national societies of ESB and CSBM are entitled to register at the member rate.

**All full-time students or PhD candidates are entitled to register at the student rate when uploading a full proof of matriculation (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card or a letter from their institution confirming full time under or postgraduate student status) during the online registration. Please kindly note that students still have to be enrolled at the time of the congress. The collected information will be used to verify the congress registration requirements and will be deleted afterwards.

***You may register an accompanying person for the Welcome reception and Networking Event. Please kindly note that the conference fee for accompanying persons includes attendance at the Welcome Reception and Networking Event only. It does NOT include access to scientific sessions or entrance to the CESB 2024 conference venue.

General information: Please note that no other reduced fees or discounts are offered in addition to those listed here. This applies regardless of the interested party’s country of origin.

The registration fees include:

Attendance to all scientific sessions

Access to the exhibition and poster area

Access to the welcome reception on May 10, 2026.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.

The registration for the congress is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the congress organization subsequently.

Refund policy

A 50% refund of the registration fee shall be processed for refund requests submitted on or before April 21.
Please note that any bank transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are determined solely by the bank and are beyond our control.
No refunds will be processed for requests made after April 21.

Visa requirements and invitation letter

Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application process.

Those who require an official invitation letter can request one during the online registration process by checking the appropriate box.

The invitation letters are issued electronically (as a PDF file by e-mail).
